Satellite CME Symposia

CME–certified satellite symposia held in conjunction with the Assisted Reproduction meeting are valuable opportunities to provide continuing education to the REI community. Satellite symposia are non-commercial CME– and CE–certified activities addressing educational needs and performance gaps that complement the scientific program agenda. They may include one or a number of speakers and may cover one or several topics addressing the educational gaps of reproductive endocrinologists. The activities will not be sponsored by ACOG or FSREI but will be endorsed by the organization. Satellite symposia are separate and independent from the official scientific sessions.

FEE: $10,000

For the fee, symposia organizers will be allocated a one (1)–hour timeslot in the main meeting room, and provided with the basic AV set up from the general session room. Satellite symposium organizers are responsible for obtaining CME certification for the activity (CME provider referrals available upon request). Activity marketing opportunities included in the fee:

  • Posting on meeting website (www.fsrei.org) and listing in on-site materials and e-blast.
  • FSREI registration list for one–time use and one meeting bag insert advertising event. (Production of the marketing piece responsibility of event organizer. Additional event marketing opportunities available)
  • Draw from a multidisciplinary audience of 350+ registered attendees
  • Promotion of your CME Symposium in our Onsite Program provided to all attendees
